CANCELLATION POLICY: 

 

Upon cancellation, a $250 administration fee per person will be processes. No refunds will be made in the event of "no shows,” unused cruises, on or after the start of the cruise.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS For all cruises booked  (effective January 1, 2024)

THESE TERMS APPLY TO THE HEART OF GOD RETREATS LLC BOOKING YOUR CRUISE, CRUISE PACKAGE, PRE-CRUISE PACKAGE AND, POST CRUISE SHUTTLE. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY AS YOU WILL BE BOUND BY THEM ALONG WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE TICKET CONTRACT. 

CRUISE CONTRACT

Upon placing your deposit, you hereby accept the Terms & Conditions and,  Disclaimer of Liability and the Cancellation Policy stated herein. You are encouraged to carefully read all the Cancellation policy, Booking Terms & Conditions, Cruise Contract, Passports and, the Disclaimer of Liability, as it contains important terms and conditions which govern your cruise vacation and affect your legal rights. These terms include an agreement to mandatory, binding individual arbitration, which means that you agree to submit disputes related to our services, or these terms, to binding arbitration rather than proceeding in court. These terms also include your waiver of any right to bring, or participate in, a class action and a jury trial waiver. If anything in these Terms is (or becomes) invalid or unenforceable, it will still be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law and you will still be bound by everything else in these Terms. In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions stated herein, the terms of any The Heart of God Retreats LLC  advertisement or offer, and the oral or written representations of any of The Heart of God Retreats LLC's representatives, or any other terms and conditions on The Heart of God Retreats LLC's  website, the terms and conditions in The Heart of God Retreats LLC Contract shall control.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY 

As of the date of this publication, all information is thought to be accurate, available and current. The Heart of God Retreats LLC shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with or by supplier employees or contractors, terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, climactic conditions, criminal acts or abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the control of The Heart of God Retreats LLC. By participating in any excursions, group conferences meetings, group dining, such participants confirms that they, and any minor children for whom they are responsible, are physically and mentally capable of such participation and that they have no medical or health conditions that would make such participation inappropriate. Such participants ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for all damage, loss or injury to themselves and any such minor child and also ASSUME THE RISKS of all personal injury, accident or illness to themselves and any such minor child. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to the negligence of others, shall The Heart of God Retreats LLC  be liable for any injury or damage to such participants or minor children. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, inoculations or other entry requirements of each destination, as well as re-entry into the U.S., and all safety or security conditions at such destinations, in connection with the proposed travel. You understand and agree that the passport is the best ID document for travel. Traveler agrees complete and full responsibility for checking and verifying their passport doesn't expire for 6 months after your cruise ends. PASSPORTS 

 

Do I need a passport to cruise?

 

  • Everyone will need to present an accepted form of identification to board the ship. We strongly recommend that all guests present a passport as their form of ID on boarding day, and for some guests a passport is required.

  • The passport must be valid for six months after the day your cruise ends. The name on your passport should match the name on your reservation. What if my name doesn’t match?

 

While some other forms of ID may be accepted for your cruise, a passport is the very best option and here’s why:

 

  • A passport is the hassle-free, gold standard for traveling between countries.

  • Boarding and disembarking through customs with a passport is usually faster than other types of ID documents.

  • If you have an issue while exploring a foreign port (such as missing the ship), it’s best to have a passport with you.

  • Guests who do not bring required documents may be denied boarding.
