CANCELLATION POLICY

June Retreat: Refunds available till March 5, 2026 (excludes $50 non-refundable deposit). If you need to cancel after March 5, 2026, your ticket will be generously gifted to someone in need who wishes to attend but may not be able to afford it.

October Retreat: Refunds available till July 30, 2026 (excludes $50 non-refundable deposit). If you need to cancel after July 30, 2026, your ticket will be generously gifted to someone in need who wishes to attend but may not be able to afford it.

CHARGEBACKS

You agree that any attempt to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a previously authorized payment for travel services provided by The Heart of God Retreats LLC that is not in accordance with the terms of this Agreement may result in a chargeback fee in the amount of $25 per chargeback. This $25 fee is intended to cover the administrative costs and expenses associated with processing and disputing such chargebacks. The fee will be assessed in addition to any forfeiture of monies paid as outlined in the cancellation policy and may include legal fees incurred by The Heart of God Retreats LLC in disputing the chargeback claim.

TERMS & CONDITIONS For all retreats  (effective January 1, 2024)​​

Upon placing your deposit, you hereby accept the Terms & Conditions and,  Disclaimer of Liability and the Cancellation Policy stated herein. You are encouraged to carefully read all the Terms & Conditions, Disclaimer of Liability, Chargebacks and, the Cancellation policy, as it contains important terms and conditions which govern your cruise vacation and affect your legal rights. In the event of conflict between the terms and conditions stated herein, the terms of any The Heart of God Retreats LLC  advertisement or offer, and the oral or written representations of any of The Heart of God Retreats LLC's representatives, or any other terms and conditions on The Heart of God Retreats LLC's  website, the terms and conditions in The Heart of God Retreats LLC Contract shall control.

By participating in any group conferences meetings, group dining, such participants confirms that they, and any minor children for whom they are responsible, are physically and mentally capable of such participation and that they have no medical or health conditions that would make such participation inappropriate. Such participants ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY for all damage, loss or injury to themselves and any such minor child and also ASSUME THE RISKS of all personal injury, accident or illness to themselves and any such minor child. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to the negligence of others, shall The Heart of God Retreats LLC  be liable for any injury or damage to such participants or minor children.
