Join us for our Crown of Glory 3-Day Women's Retreat in Wilkesboro, North Carolina. This women's retreat will be the perfect blend of group gatherings and personal time to provide true rejuvenation. This retreat will be beautiful, uplifting, and provide revelation and encouragement for all attendees. Upon purchasing a ticket, you'll have access to our life-changing Crown of Glory 3-Day Women's Retreat. Please be advised and remember that all attendees are responsible for their own transportation and hotel accommodations during this event.

We will gather at the Holiday Inn Express, located at 1700 Winkler Street, Wilkesboro, NC 28697, just 20 minutes from the serene Prayer Mountain.

$250 General Admission includes: Access to all meetings, and a memorable group photo to cherish your experience.

$350 VIP Admission includes: All the benefits of General Admission, plus one lunch with our esteemed speakers, individual personal photo with one or all speakers, and exclusive perks designed to enhance your retreat experience.
Refund Policy
Refunds available till March 5, 2026 (excludes $50 non-refundable deposit). If you need to cancel after March 5, 2026, your ticket will be generously gifted to someone in need who wishes to attend but may not be able to afford it.
Chargebacks
You agree that any attempt to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a previously authorized payment for travel services provided by The Heart of God Retreats LLC that is not in accordance with the terms of this Agreement may result in a chargeback fee. This fee is intended to cover the administrative costs and expenses associated with processing and disputing such chargebacks. The fee will be assessed in addition to any forfeiture of monies paid as outlined in the cancellation policy and may include legal fees incurred by The Heart of God Retreats LLC in disputing the chargeback claim.

Frequently asked questions
Lodging:
For your lodging needs, we recommend the Holiday Inn Express Wilkesboro or the Apple Hills Lodge on Prayer Mountain.
Retreat Schedule:
The retreat will begin at 4:00 pm on Friday, June 5th, and conclude around 10:00 pm on Sunday, June 7th. To ensure ample travel time and full participation, we recommend booking accommodations from Thursday, June 4th, to Monday, June 8th.
Transportation:
We suggest renting a car for your transportation needs, as we will not be providing transportation services.
Why is lunch not provided for General Admission Attendees?
After careful consideration and prayer, we feel guided to prioritize broader access to the retreat. Our revised approach will involve not having to close registration early to order lunch for general admission attendees. By implementing this adjustment, we anticipate being able to maintain registration open for a more extended period, thereby allowing more sisters in Christ the opportunity to purchase tickets. Our overarching objective remains to reach as many individuals as possible. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your grace.
