By checking the box below, you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions presented in the disclaimer below. This act is a legal binding agreement.

Roommate matching is offered for solo travelers wishing to share a cabin to potentially reduce costs. This is a private agreement between those who choose to share a cabin. The Heart of God Retreats LLC is not responsible for resolving any disputes or disagreements that may arise between roommates before, during or after the cruise. Potential roommates are strongly encouraged to communicate and discuss their preferences and expectations to ensure compatibility before agreeing to share a cabin.

Roommate Match Cancellation Policy

I understand the roommate matching program is based on roommate availability. The Heart of God Retreats LLC cannot guarantee a roommate match.

I agree and understand that once a deposit has been placed and the stateroom is booked through the roommate matching program, my reservation will be 100% nonrefundable.

I have read and understand that this policy protects the non-cancelling roommate and The Heart of God Retreats LLC of any supplemental charges.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions based

Potential roommates should discuss factors like

Sleeping habits: Consider whether you are a night owl or an early bird, and if you snore.
Tidiness: Consider whether you are comfortable sharing a small space with someone who has different tidiness habits.
